- It takes about 12-48 hours, depending on the photo complexity and the chosen services. We’ll inform you by email once your image has been retouched.
- How do I get my photos to you?

Simply click on the Upload Photos button on any page of the website. Then press the Upload Photos button and select the photos you wish to get retouched. You can upload multiple photos at the same time.

- What resolution photo should I send?
- Please upload the highest resolution possible. The higher the resoulution, the better the final result. Please upload photos that have AT LEAST 1 megapixel resolution.
- What kind of photos can't you retouch?
- Photos that are too small, very blurry, extremely dark or very noisy simply don’t have enough details and hence cannot be retouched. Please upload photos that have at least 1 megapixel resolution. If you are not sure whether your picture is good enough for retouching or not, you can upload them anyways. If our artists find that the photo is not good enough for retouching we’ll give your money back.
- Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
- We are using PayPal secure payment systems. You are submitting your credit card information to PayPal, not to us. We don’t see or store any kind of credit card infromation, so it is perfectly safe to use your credit card.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
- We are using PayPal, so we accept all mayor credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
- Do you keep the original photos?
- We respect your privacy. If you download your retouched photo and delete it from your library, it also gets deleted from our servers. Please read our privacy policies.
- How much does it cost to get a photo fixed?

We have two kind of retouching packages to serve your needs. The Basic package (now for a limited time) costs only $9.99 and includes every changes your photo can need to look amazing.
The Glamour package, which (now for a limited time) costs only $19.99, goes beyond amazing: it includes all the features that the Basic Package includes, plus everything your photo needs to look as stunning as a magazine cover photo.

- Which service should I choose?
- You can read about the Basic and Glamour packages on the Prices and Services page. The easiest way to select which service you’d like for your photo is to decide how glamorous, how magazine-like you would like to look. If you choose the Glamour retouching package your picture will look just like a magazine cover.
- What happens if I’m not completely satisfied with the results?
- Your satisfaction is the most important part of our job. So if there is any part of the retouched photo you are not 100% satisfied with, just send us a massage and we’ll do the requested changes, free of charge.
